Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of automation services provided by FutureFlow (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

2. Nature of the Service

FutureFlow provides digital automation services including, but not limited to:

  • Automated content pipelines

  • AI‑generated scripts

  • Video creation via third‑party APIs

  • Scheduling and posting automation

  • Brand kit integration

  • Custom logic modules

  • Retainer‑based support

All services are delivered digitally to your accounts.

3. No Refunds After Work Begins (Digital Services Exemption)

By purchasing our service, you explicitly consent to immediate commencement of work and waive your right to the 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Therefore:

  • Refunds are only possible before work begins.

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This includes setup fees, add‑ons, retainers, and custom logic work.

This is fully compliant with UK law for digital services.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • Setup fees cover labour, configuration, and delivery of the automation pipeline.

  • API/software subscriptions (OpenAI, Pictory, Make.com, etc.) are not included and are paid directly by you.

  • You are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions required for your pipeline to function.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during setup

  • Maintain active API/software subscriptions

  • Ensure your accounts remain accessible

  • Follow platform policies (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)

  • Not misuse or attempt to reverse‑engineer the automation pipeline

  • Not use the system for illegal or harmful content

If your accounts become inaccessible or suspended, FutureFlow/FutureFlow Automation is not responsible for interruptions.

6. Service Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • Automation relies on third‑party APIs which may change, break, or experience downtime

  • We cannot guarantee specific results, views, engagement, or performance

  • We are not responsible for platform outages, API failures, or rate limits

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with future API changes

  • We do not guarantee that automation will function if you modify the pipeline without guidance

7. Intellectual Property

  • You own your brand assets, accounts, and content.

  • We own the automation logic, templates, and proprietary workflow structures.

  • You receive a licence to use the automation pipeline inside your accounts.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or replicate our automation system commercially.

8. Retainers

Retainer services (Basic, Premium, Full Management):

  • Are billed monthly

  • Are non‑refundable once the month begins

  • May be cancelled with 30 days’ notice

  • Do not include free rebuilds of pipelines you modify yourself

9. Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services delivered or already in progress.

If a chargeback is attempted:

  • Access to services will be terminated

  • Legal action may be taken to recover fees

  • Additional administrative fees may apply

10. Termination

We may terminate service if:

  • You misuse the pipeline

  • You violate platform policies

  • You fail to maintain required subscriptions

  • You engage in abusive behaviour

  • You attempt to reverse‑engineer or resell our system

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost content, or account suspensions

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the setup fee

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
